Chandelier help

I just noticed there isn't a specific forum for lamps, lighting, and fixtures so I'm putting this here. Hope it's OK. But anyhoo - My Mom bought this from a thrift store in the 60's. When she bought it, it was PAINTED a horrible light green color. As my Dad scraped a little of the paint off of it he noticed it was brass underneath, so began the long process of stripping the paint and uncovering a beautiful brass chandelier. She did tell me an antique collector had offered her 500$ after all the paint was stripped and it was in working order, thankfully she declined as now I know where I get my "once I collect something it is here to stay". It's been hanging over their dining room table ever since, so today when I was over there I took some pics as maybe somebody on here will recognize it and can shed some light on any information about it. They also have a huge mirror that my Mom bought at a farmhouse auction around 50+ years ago but I'll create a new thread for that one.
